We want all events to be well attended so, if you find you will be unable to attend, please advise us as soon as possible so we can attempt to fill your place. A refund (less a £10 cancellation fee) will only be given if we have been able to re-sell your ticket.

Children are very welcome but must be accompanied at all times. Warning - there is an unfenced pond. The garden walls, structures, sculptures and art installations are not suitable for climbing on or playing near. Damages will need to be paid for.

Well behaved dogs on leads are welcome - please clear up any mess.

Although we have done our best to ensure the safety of all visitors, the gardens contain many crazy paving pathways which are, by nature, uneven so please take care.  There are a few small steps and the lawned areas and field are uneven in places. We have deliberately left areas of the field to grow wild to encourage wildlife. Please do not pick any flowers or take cuttings from plants.

If you are coming by car, there is field parking on site and some disabled parking space on the pea-beach driveway. All vehicles are parked at your own risk. Disabled access is limited in a few areas of the gardens due to steps. Hayreed Lane is a single track, no through road. Drive slowly and be prepared to give way - please be considerate of our neighbours' driveways and verges.
